· 10:10 am – Started on a Satsuma until 11:30.

· 12:15 – Small plate. Green salad, steamed vegetables, Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese, Small Salmon (oil drained).

· Napped 12:45-1:15.

· Felt hungry at 1:45pm.

· Banana 2:45pm.

· Apple 3:45pm (hungry).

· 5:15 – Small plate. Green salad, steamed vegetables, noodles.
