Well being is the basis of All-That-Is. It flows to you and through you. You only have to allow it. Like the air you breathe ,you only have to open, relax and draw it into your Being.

· 08:20 am – breakfast; 4 strawberries, 16 grapes, 1 plum.

· 09:15 Apple.

· 11:00 Banana.

· 12:00 – Small plate. Green salad, avocado, scrambled eggs.

· Carrot 3:45pm .

· Apple 5:30pm.

· 6:45 – Small plate. Green salad, steamed vegetables, weight watcher salmon (Oil drained) and weight watchers cottage cheese..

· 08:20 am – breakfast; 6 strawberries, 16 grapes, 1 apple.

· Grapes x 12 09:30.

· Banana 11:00am.

· 12:30 – Small plate. Green salad, steamed vegetables, Weight Watchers Cottage Tofu.

· Carrot 2:45pm (hungry).

· Slice turkey f/free (hungry).

· 5:15 – Small plate. Green salad, steamed vegetables, noodles.

· Carrot 2:15pm (hungry).

· Grapes x 14 – 3:30 (hungry).

Meat should be eaten a maximum of three times per week

It can be regarded as a reward and also allows me to source protein from other sources.

Take small mouthfuls and chew them thoroughly.

I can eat less and be more satisfied and nourished.

Always put your utensil down between mouthfuls.

I can do other things in between mouthfuls.

Eat before you go shopping.

Then I can enjoy shopping, knowing that there be will be rewards once I have shopped.

Be active and exercise daily.

I will be able to enjoy other pursuits more fully.

What do I believe about health and fitness?

# work in progress -some OK, some humorous. It has shown I like to take it easy and avoid pain if at all possible. Not towards pleasure, but more towards apathy.

Food preparation has to be easy as time is precious.

By cooking quickly and efficiently it shows I have mastered this discipline and can use the time productively for other things.

I need to eat meat.

I don’t like exercising. If I don’t have to do it I wont.
